What happens when I place an order ?

Once you place an order :
  1. We carefully collect & package your item(s). Please allow up to 48 hours for this.
  2. Your parcel is sent with our provider. Please allow 2-8 business days for it to arrive.
  3. Confirmation & tracking number is sent to you.
Please contact us if your item(s) are taking longer than expected - we will contact our provider and give you a status update.
Customers are responsible for their shipping address / delivery instructions - Purpose Goods is not responsible for stolen packages or inconvenient delivery locations.

 

How can I track my order ?

You will receive a tracking number once your order is sent.
You can then use the tracking here to see updates.

What is your returns policy?

Please inspect items once delivered - if damaged, defective or wrong item received, we’ll make it right :)
We have a 30 day return policy - you have 30 days after delivery to lodge a return.
To be eligible for return, item(s) must be in the same condition - we may request photos to check condition.
Please email info@purposegoodsshop.com to start your return. If your return is opened, we’ll send you the return address / label.
Once items return we’ll accept and if approved - you will be refunded via original payment method - please allow up to 10 days for this process to finalise.
