How do I clean it ? 
Easy, a cloth with warm-soapy water 
Explain the patina to me ? 
Brass is cool, it has what’s called a “living finish”. Over time it reacts to its environment ~ lightly darkens and reveals cool patterns.
Can I re-polish it ?
Yeah! Just be careful of the symbol (go around it)
